Setiap kali timbul bulan Ramadhan, persoalan inilah yang paling popular yang sering diajukan oleh kaum-kaum ibu terutamanya. Keliru .... seandainya ibu-ibu hamil atau menyusu anak yang tidak mampu berpuasa di bulan Ramadhan, perlukah ganti puasa Ramadhannya? Perlu fidyah jugak ke? Ada kata tak perlu ... ada kata perlu.
